Refund
Policy

This regulation applies to all facilities of DYM Medical Center Vietnam, effective from August 12, 2024 until further notice.

I. PURPOSE

-

To ensure accurate and timely refunds to customers.

-

To control that refunds to customers are carried out transparently and in accordance with regulations.

Ⅱ. GENERAL PRINCIPLES

-

In case of successful payment but exceeding the required payment amount, DYM Medical Center Vietnam Co., Ltd. or its branches (the Company) will refund the amount to the account used for payment by the account that received the payment.

Refunds will be processed with the principle that the account number used for payment will receive the refund. (In case of using visa cards on POS machines, payment will be made according to the information on the card receipt)

Ⅲ. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds are only issued when the Company's doctor requests not to perform the service that the customer previously registered for, before the service is partially or fully performed.

Refunds are only issued when the customer/clinic staff selects the wrong payment method (self-payment instead of company payment).

Refunds are only issued due to incorrect account transfer in the DYM system and after the customer has made additional payment to the correct account.

Ⅳ. REFUND PROCESS & TIMELINE

Fill out the refund request form, making sure to provide clear and complete reasons

Confirm with accounts payable that the Company received more money than the customer needed to pay. Accounts payable confirms on the payment request form, provides proof of receipt, receipt, invoice and other related documents proving that the amount received exceeds the amount the customer needs to pay.

3.

Submit the refund request form for signature by the Department Head and the Board of Directors in full according to the refund request form template.

4.

Send all documents to the payment accounting department

5.

The Company will refund the customer within 7 working days from the date the payment accounting department receives complete documentation.
